Shoppers are taking advantage of the convenience of the app. On their smartphones, customers can view the weekly ad, download a coupon, locate a store, link to online shopping, track orders, manage their account, connect to social media and check gift cards balances.

For many customers the mobile app as in an integral part of their shopping experience. At the end of 2015, the Hobby Lobby app had been downloaded approximately six million times and been used 36 million times. One of the most popular features is the ability to redeem a weekly coupon while in a store. Customers used mobile coupons more than 11 million times in 2015.
