Hobby Lobby's Greco Manufacturing reaches new milestone

For the first time, Hobby Lobby's Greco Manufacturing passed the benchmark of producing more than one million custom frames in a one-year time period.

Greco is the original picture frame business launched in David Green's garage that grew into the Hobby Lobby corporation. Greco produces custom frames in their manufacturing facilities in Oklahoma City exclusively for Hobby Lobby.

Greco employees built an average of 4,078 frames a day in 2015. By the end of the year, well over one million custom frames had been produced.

“We could not have reached this milestone without the effort put forth by every frame shop and all the dedicated framing managers and store managers, who have worked with customers from coast to coast,” said Don Pardue, Director of Manufacturing. “I also want to thank Greco Manager, Paul Eggar, and the hard working employees and management team of Greco for their continued efforts to make this division so successful.”
